Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Many Sticker Kraze Studio products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared.

Orders are often ready sooner—sometimes within 1–3 business days—but early completion is not guaranteed.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an address correction is needed, contact us within one hour of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after this time, as your order may already be in production or preparing for shipment.

Tracking & Untracked Shipping

Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking or insurance. When an untracked shipping method is selected, tracking information and delivery updates will not be available.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

For tracked shipments, we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Please keep the item and packaging until our review is complete.

Approved claims involving items damaged during shipping will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund or store credit.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Stratford, Ontario for eligible orders when offered at checkout.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before receiving your ready-for-pickup notification.

The pickup address and instructions will be provided privately once your order is ready. Pickup is available only during the times provided in your pickup instructions. Unscheduled pickups are not available.

Orders selected for local pickup will not be shipped unless separate arrangements and any applicable shipping charges are completed.
