Welcome to Sticker Kraze Studio! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sticker Kraze Studio. Sticker Kraze Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Sticker Kraze Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents under your care to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products and services in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on the device, screen settings and configuration used to view our store.

Because many Sticker Kraze Studio products are made to order, slight variations may occur between individual products. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We do not warrant that the appearance of products purchased will be identical to how they appear on every screen or device.

Product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sticker Kraze Studio reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by law. Your order is not accepted until Sticker Kraze Studio confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within one hour of placing the order. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible because materials may have been prepared or production may have begun.

Personalized or custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the design has been approved.

If we are unable to accept an order, or if we need to make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided when the order was placed.

Purchases, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties or import charges.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the terms of that promotion will apply to the extent of the conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND LOCAL PICKUP

Many Sticker Kraze Studio products are made to order. Processing times, available shipping methods, shipping charges and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some lower-cost shipping methods may be offered without tracking or insurance. Customers who select an untracked shipping option acknowledge that tracking information and delivery updates will not be available.

Where offered, free local pickup is available in Stratford, Ontario for eligible orders. Customers must wait until they receive a ready-for-pickup notification before arriving. Pickup instructions and location information will be provided privately. Unscheduled pickups are not available.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including our website content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product presentation and other materials owned by Sticker Kraze Studio, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content owned by third parties remains the property of its respective owners and may be used by Sticker Kraze Studio under applicable licences or permissions.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or otherwise exploit content owned by Sticker Kraze Studio without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Sticker Kraze Studio names, logos and original branding may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement without our prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks, names and intellectual property appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools offered by third parties that we do not monitor or control.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sticker Kraze Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Sticker Kraze Studio. Shopify is not the seller of Sticker Kraze Studio products.

Your use of Shopify services may also be subject to terms and policies maintained by Shopify.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information may be collected, used and disclosed.
